Ariella Racco is an Ontario-based educator turned EdTech entrepreneur who founded CoLab Education after experiencing firsthand the challenges of teacher isolation and collaboration barriers. With several years of classroom experience and a deep understanding of educational ecosystems, Ariella created a platform specifically designed to connect teachers across schools and districts, enabling resource sharing, mentorship, and professional growth. As CoLab's CEO, she leads a talented team including Kevin Birch (CTO) and Jaclyn Collins (Head of UX) in developing innovative solutions that combat teacher burnout and turnover. Driven by the belief that "teachers teach better together," Ariella is focused on transforming professional development through meaningful technology integration while building strategic partnerships with school boards across Canada and beyond!
